Refund policy

Terms and How to Qualify

To be eligible for a return, all items and accessories must be in the same condition as received. All products have been inspected and are sold in as-is condition. Returns cannot be granted for lack of understanding or ability to assemble the product.

Returns cannot be processed for international orders outside the United States.

Cellhasher without mobile devices:

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and there is a restocking fee is $25. Due the nature of DIY products, units will be inspected for signs of mishandling or accidental damage. Thus, there may be adjustments to the refund amount based on results. We will inform you of your refund total and issue your refund within 5 business days after the item arrives back to us.

Cellhasher with mobile devices:

Due to the combination of customization, security, and potential for abuse, we unfortunately must implement a no-return policy on this type of product bundle. However, we will work and communicate with you if you experience any issues with operating a Cellhasher.

You may cancel your order prior to its shipment for a near-full refund. Due the products being high-ticket items, the refund is subject to a 3% processing fee we are charged by payment providers for processing your original payment.

Cellhasher installation services:

Due to the nature of services, these types of orders are not available for returns or refunds. However, we will work and communicate with you if you experience any issues.

Starting a Return

To start a return, reply to your original order email, contact us at team@cellhasher.com, or message us through our website chat using the same email as your order. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Chargebacks

We kindly require that customers contact us directly to resolve any issues using our return policy before considering a chargeback. We are more than happy to work with you to find a solution. Please review Section 7 of our Terms of Service about chargebacks.
