Shipping policy

All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Other exceptions to processing time may be due to viral influx of orders or local postage delays, and we will do our best to communicate these as they occur.

Domestic Shipping (United States of America)

We charge flat rate shipping for all domestic orders. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We charge flat rate shipping for all international orders. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout with the exception of possible duties and import taxes, which you are responsible for.

Your package may be subject to duties and import taxes (including VAT) upon delivery. Cellhasher operates as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning we do not collect these charges in advance. If they are incurred, they are your responsibility as the customer to pay. Please do your diligence on what these charges may be for shipments arriving from the US to your region.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@cellhasher.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We advise you do not ship to P.O. Boxes as some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Cellhasher is not responsible if a carrier is unable to deliver an order to a P.O. Box.

International returns from outside of the U.S. are currently unavailable.
